What constitutes data processing?

Time that we will store your personal data

How to exercise these rights

You may also exercise this right through a duly accredited legal representative.

In the event that you consider that your data are not being processed properly, in addition to the above address, you may contact the national supervisory authority, which is the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Security and updating of your personal data

SAERCO ensures that your data is processed in a confidential manner and has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to prevent loss, improper use, alteration and unauthorised access to such data, with due regard to the state of the art, the nature of the data and the risk analysis conducted.

Access and/or use of the SAERCO site provides the status of USER, who accepts, by such access and/or use, the General Conditions of Use recorded herein. The Conditions shall be applicable independent of the General Contractual Conditions that are mandatory where appropriate.

Use of the site

www.saerco.com provides access to multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter “the content”) on Internet, belonging to SAERCO and to its licensors, to which the USER may have access. The USER undertakes responsibility for use of the site. Said responsibility includes the registration required to access certain services or content.

The USER shall be responsible for providing true, licit information in that registration. As a consequence of that registration, the USER may be provided a password for which he shall be responsible, undertaking to make diligent, confidential use thereof. SAERCO complies with the directives of Organic Act 15/1999 of 13th December on Personal Data Protection, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21st December, that approves the Regulations on Development of the Organic Act and other regulations in force from time to time, and ensures correct use and processing of the User’s personal data is guaranteed.

Intellectual and industrial property

SAERCO, itself or as assignee, is the holder of all the intellectual or industrial property rights on its web page, as well as the elements it contains (for illustration, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; brands or logotypes, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of used materials, computer programs required for operation, access and use, etc.), owned by SAERCO or its licensors.

Guarantee and liability waiver

Right of exclusion

Applicable legislation and jurisdiction
